How many calls to book one meeting?

Everyone asks me the same thing: how many calls does it take to book one meeting?

Here’s the data.

For every 1,000 numbers dialed, around 50 to 100 pick up.
Out of those, 20 to 30 turn into real conversations.
And from those, 4 to 5 usually book a meeting.

So on average, it takes about 200 to 300 calls to book one meeting.

Since the AI can make 5,000 calls in a single day, that’s easily 15 to 25 meetings - every day.

Of course you need to have 5,000 leads to dial to begin with, but let’s say you just have 1,000. That’s 3 new meetings every day.
